Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer required training.

Responsibilities

• Install and test equipment per procedures.
• Repair equipment as requested by customers and during field malfunctions.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools, report required repairs to Branch Manager.
• Prepare Field Service Orders and customer documents accurately.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and competent service.
• Provide feedback to Branch Manager regarding field problems and failures.
