Cactus Wellhead in Pleasanton, TX seeks a Field Service Technician to perform installation, testing, servicing and repair of wellhead equipment in the field. The role involves maintaining customer relationships through timely and competent service in an on-site setting.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of related experience; certifications in H2S, SafeLand and DOT are preferred. The position emphasizes safety, equipment knowledge, and precise documentation.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer required training.

Mansioni

• Install and test equipment per procedures.
• Repair equipment as requested by customers and during field malfunctions.
• Maintain service vehicle and tools, report required repairs to Branch Manager.
• Prepare Field Service Orders and customer documents accurately.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely and competent service.
• Provide feedback to Branch Manager regarding field problems and failures.
