Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide tax advice, complete returns, and connect clients to a broader Intuit ecosystem.

You’ll work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving clients in person and virtually, delivering end-to-end tax solutions with a focus on community engagement and client growth. Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• onsite presence 20 hours/week between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; training and development required.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be willing to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, driving local growth and organizing events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert one-time transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit communication tools.
