Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year‑round TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, offer expert tax advice, and leverage Intuit resources to serve in-person and virtual clients. You’ll collaborate with specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Build local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end Intuit experience in client meetings with the right experts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional demeanor in-person and via video tools.
• Interact with customers using Intuit’s video communication tools and respond to inquiries.
• Help clients navigate tax challenges and grow a loyal local client base.
