Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a dedicated location in the United States.

You will perform full‑service tax return preparation, offer tax advice, and support clients with TurboTax software in person and virtually to deliver accurate, timely results. You will act as a community ambassador, grow your local client base, and coordinate with specialists to provide an end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and development as required by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and manage local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Maintain professional standards and comply with training, cross-training, and branding guidelines.
