Onsite roles involve full-service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support, with a focus on client relationships and local market growth. As a TurboTax Local Service Expert, you will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, from discovery to completion, helping clients navigate complex tax scenarios and achieve financial

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador and drive new client growth through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships to convert transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and personalized support.
