Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to join a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, expert guidance, and connect clients with Intuit's broader ecosystem to support year‑round financial goals.

As a community ambassador you will grow the local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering exceptional service in collaboration with a team of tax professionals.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Willing to complete training and wear Intuit-provided uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert; bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsabilités

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base and organizing events
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma) for year‑round support
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end service and ensure client understanding of their financial picture
