Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This unique opportunity combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a TurboTax - Local Service Expert, you will serve as a trusted advisor, empowering customers to achieve positive financial outcomes while supporting Intuit’s mission of

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll) with training by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete required training and development as determined by the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to build a new customer base and attract prospects.
• Develop relationships to connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Organize local events (financial literacy, pop-ups, networking) with marketing support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
