Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts at new locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparation, and collaborate with a network of tax and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You will be onsite at a TurboTax location, engaging with in-person and virtual clients, building local relationships, and growing a client base through community outreach and marketing

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Must have active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Onsite role, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising with name/photo.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing a new local customer base and building relationships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build long-term relationships and turn transactions into loyal clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via video tools.
