Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a new local TurboTax location.

You’ll perform full‑service tax preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver a complete financial picture for clients. You’ll foster local growth, attract new clients, and strengthen relationships by leveraging TurboTax marketing resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience required.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours weekly during peak season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and build relationships through community outreach.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting client relationships for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional, customer-focused experience in person and via video tools.
