Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, offer expert advice, and connect clients with a broader team covering bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

You’ll drive local growth, build lasting client relationships, and deliver an exceptional customer experience using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA with strong tax prep experience preferred.
• PTIN active as required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and marketing support.
