Qualifications

• Experience driving vans up to 26 ft locally.
• Customer service experience or related fields.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Computer experience required.
• Experience with Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with Gmail.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to work based on deadlines.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to communicate thoughts clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Able to follow directions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a must.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate and drive trucks for scheduled routes, deliveries, or equipment transport.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist customers at the rental desk with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Process rental agreements, payments, and documentation accurately.
• Coordinate vehicle availability and maintain fleet readiness.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and rental facility.
