Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for year-round TurboTax Local Service Expert positions at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver the complete Intuit experience. Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain related licenses.
• Bilingual EN/ES a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business scenarios.
• Collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services as appropriate.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients through complex tax questions.
