Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required.
• Comfortable working onsite in TurboTax locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Build relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Identify client needs and connect them with Intuit solutions.
