Intuit, Inc. is looking for dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join their team across the U.S.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice while actively engaging with the community to attract new clients. As an on-site advisor, your role involves understanding customers' unique situations, empowering them with tax insights, and delivering exceptional experiences through teamwork and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Must have strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns.
• Must be able to work onsite primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow customer base.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
