Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, delivering on-site tax expertise and personalized client service at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, and help grow local relationships through community outreach and referrals, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into more complex services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Onsite work availability 20 hours/week with standard 8–5 hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals in collaboration with marketing tools.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
