Intuit is seeking passionate individuals to join TurboTax Local Service as on-site experts who will prepare taxes, advise clients, and support a full Intuit ecosystem in local communities. You’ll work closely with specialists to deliver end-to-end service and grow the local client base through outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training by Intuit.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base and community presence through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and address inquiries in-person and virtually.
