Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver on-site tax preparation and personalized guidance, serving as a bridge to a broader team of specialists to ensure a complete financial picture for each client.

You will help grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and leverage marketing tools to build loyalty while supporting year‑round tax needs and advisory services.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ Fed/State 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, 8am–5pm local time.
• Completion of training and uniforms as required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists to offer bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
