Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients in local communities. You will uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer proactive tax planning in everyday language.

The role emphasizes building a local client base, conducting outreach events, and serving as the local face of TurboTax with support from marketing tools.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning advice.
• Build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide to connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
