Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert guidance, and collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training from Intuit
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, Mon-Fri 8:00–17:00 local time; hours may scale up during tax season
• Must complete training and development as required by the business; uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence, creating tax content for the community
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication is a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning
• Build lasting client relationships and long-term loyalty
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit video tools
• Support marketing-driven growth and event outreach in the local community
