Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and grow a local client base at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, delivering end-to-end support to clients in person and online. Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Experience with holistic tax advisory services beyond basic filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grassroots marketing, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to address broader needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via IntelliTech video tools, addressing inquiries and reducing tax-related challenges.
• Collaborate with a team of tax professionals to ensure end-to-end, accurate tax solutions for clients.
