Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients at a TurboTax location. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping and payroll.

Onsite roles tech-enabled, with a focus on a seamless end-to-end experience. You will work with a team of tax professionals, operate between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and support customers in person or

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state returns per season
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory
• onsite at TurboTax location 20h+/wk
• Willing to train and wear uniforms
• Interest in local/community presence
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Build local client base through outreach and community events
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning)
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and local partners
• Deliver excellent, professional customer experience in person and virtually
