Intuit seeks skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to prepare tax returns, advise clients, and connect them with Intuit ecosystem services in local communities. You will work onsite, serving in-person and virtual clients, and drive growth through community engagement and referrals.

Ideal candidates have active PTIN with 3+ years of federal/state filing, knowledge of tax laws, and a service-oriented mindset. Training, uniforms, and a local-market focus are provided.

Competenze

• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040s per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
• Engage with clients in-person and via Intuit video tools to resolve inquiries and improve outcomes.
