Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Lead local growth by building relationships, organizing community events, and leveraging marketing tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually, guiding clients through tax decisions.
