Job summary

Intuit is looking for motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Local Service Experts. This role combines tax skills with community outreach, allowing you to provide comprehensive tax preparation and advice.

You will work on-site, engage with both in-person and virtual clients, and help them navigate their tax situations—from simple W-2 filings to complex scenarios. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state individual returns.
• Active PTIN required for tax filing.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and filing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and preparation services to clients.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to help clients uncover deductions.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the client base.
