Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to provide hands‑on tax preparation, advisory services, and software support at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will meet with clients in person and virtually, gathering full financial context to deliver end‑to‑end tax solutions with a local touch.

You will grow the client base, partner with tax and advisory specialists, and deliver a superior customer experience while leveraging Intuit marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney qualification with tax expertise.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location and full training provided.
• Comfortable with cross‑functional collaboration and local community outreach.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and drive local growth.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Engage clients in‑person and via video tools to resolve tax challenges.
