Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Local Store Marketer to help build sales at the local level by establishing relationships within the community and increasing guest loyalty.

The Local Store Marketer will assist the Managing Partner and management team with local store marketing programs, promotions, and community events to drive guest counts and brand awareness. • Experience in local marketing or community relations is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with local businesses and stakeholders.
• Strong networking and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Managing Partner and management team with local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other community partners.
• Establish positive ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position the brand as a community leader.
