Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Local Store Marketer to grow sales locally by building relationships within the community and increasing guest loyalty. You will collaborate with the Managing Partner to develop local store marketing programs and promote in-house promotions.

Qualifications

• Previous local store marketing or community engagement experience preferred.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain community relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner with creating and implementing local store marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, and sales.
• Promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
• Build relationships with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other community partners.
• Support ongoing charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and boost brand awareness.
• Assist in public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate regularly with leadership about programs, plans, and results.
