Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Local Store Marketer to grow sales and guest loyalty by building strong community relationships and coordinating in-store promotions.

You will work with the Managing Partner and local team to implement marketing programs that drive guest traffic and average check. The Roadie team offers a fun, flexible culture with weekly pay, competitive rewards, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner and management with local store marketing programs to build guest loyalty, guest counts, check averages and overall sales.
• Help promote all in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
• Build relationships during visits with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other partners.
• Establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, and civic groups.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and to raise brand awareness.
• Assist in public relations activities including cooking segments, media releases and publicity events.
• Communicate regularly with the Managing Partner, management team and employees about programs, plans and results.
