Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a legendary Local Store Marketer (LSM) who can help build sales at the local level by developing relationships in the community and increasing guest loyalty.

The role focuses on networking and creative promotion, working with the Managing Partner and staff to plan, execute local marketing programs, and strengthen the brand presence through community events and in-house promotions. Roadies are paid weekly with a competitive rewards package.

Qualificações

• Experience creating and executing local marketing programs.
• Ability to build relationships with community partners and businesses.
• Strong communication and coordination with management.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with creation, development, and execution of local store marketing programs to boost guest loyalty and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions such as Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards.
• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other partners.
• Develop ongoing community relationships with retailers, civic groups, etc.
• Plan and run charitable and community events to raise brand awareness.
• Support PR activities including cooking segments, media releases, publicity events.
• Communicate with Managing Partner and team about programs and results.
