Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Local Store Marketer to grow sales and guest loyalty by building strong community relationships and coordinating local marketing programs. You will support promotions, manage outreach with businesses and media, and help run community events.

Qualifications

• Experience developing local marketing programs to drive guest loyalty and store sales.
• Ability to build relationships with community partners, hotels, businesses, and media.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for promotions and PR.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Managing Partner and team with creation, development, and execution of local store marketing programs.
• Promote in-house promotions and events to boost guest counts and average check.
• Build and maintain relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and retailers.
• Support charitable/community events to position the brand locally and raise awareness.
• Assist in PR efforts including media outreach and publicity events.
