Responsibilities

• Assist the Managing Partner and team with local store marketing programs that boost guest loyalty, guest counts, and sales.
• Promote in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and retailers.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to raise brand awareness.
• Support public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Maintain clear communication with management about programs, plans, and results.
