Job summary

Texas Roadhouse, Inc. is seeking a Local Store Marketer to strengthen community ties and drive guest loyalty in our local markets. The role focuses on building relationships with businesses, hotels, and groups, and executing local store marketing programs that boost guest counts and sales.

You will support the management team, promote in-house promotions, and participate in community events and public relations efforts to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader. Weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing local store marketing programs that build guest loyalty, guest counts, check average, and overall sales.
• Promote all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
• Build relationships with businesses, hotels, radio stations, and other community partners.
• Establish positive and ongoing business relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Develop and execute charitable and community events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and build brand awareness.
• Assist in public relations efforts including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicate regularly with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about programs, plans, and results.
