Job summary

U-Haul is hiring a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) to operate flatbed trucks and forklifts, load/unload containers, and perform local deliveries. You will participate in U-Haul University training and grow within a company that emphasizes stability and advancement opportunities.

This role requires a CDL, DOT certification, and a clean driving record, with local routes and safety protocols at the core of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Clean motor vehicle driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department of Transportation certification.
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
