Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Driver (CCR) to deliver and handle U-Box containers on local routes. You will ensure friendly service to customers while transporting and unloading containers using forklifts and flatbeds, with training provided.

The role requires a valid CDL, a clean driving record, and DOT certification, with opportunities for advancement within a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and safety-conscious approach.
• CDL and DOT certification required or pursued.
• CDL and forklift experience preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from customer destinations – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
