Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Driver to manage container transportation and customer service on local routes. You will operate flatbeds and forklifts with training provided, load and unload containers, and ensure timely deliveries to customers’ homes and businesses.

The role emphasizes safety and ongoing education through U-Haul University, with opportunities for growth within the company’s logistics network.

Qualifications

• Clean motor vehicle driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department of Transportation certification.
• Commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
