U-Haul International, Inc. is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Representative (CCR) to manage local delivery duties and provide friendly service to customers.

The role emphasizes safety, training, and a culture of support across the organization. Responsibilities include operating flatbed and forklift equipment, loading/unloading containers, and ensuring on-time delivery to homes and businesses within local routes.

Qualifications

• Maintain a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Hold Department of Transportation certification.
• Hold a Commercial driver’s license (CDL).

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from specified destinations, e.g., customers’ homes and businesses – local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Keep a clean motor vehicle driving record.
