Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a U-Box Customer Care Driver (CCR) to manage U-Box containers while delivering reliable, friendly service to customers within local routes. The role emphasizes safety, customer care, and continuous learning in a hands-on environment.

You will operate flatbed and forklift equipment, loading and unloading containers, and transporting them to customer locations. Training is provided, with growth through U-Haul University and company benefits available.

Qualifications

• Clean motor vehicle driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Department of Transportation certification.
• Commercial driver's license (CDL).
• Must be 18 or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate a flatbed truck (training provided).
• Operate an 8000-lb propane forklift or a truck-mounted forklift (training provided).
• Load and unload storage containers for delivery.
• Transport storage containers to and from destinations - local routes only.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
