Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a Route Sales Driver in Durham to deliver dairy products to customers on a fixed route. You will stock, rotate products and provide excellent service to drive sales growth on a daily basis.

Candidate must hold a Class A or B CDL, have a High School Diploma or GED, and be able to pass DOT physicals and screenings. This full-time role demands early start times and careful adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a Class A or Class B CDL.
• High School Diploma, GED, or International Education Equivalent.
• Customer Service or Sales experience is a plus.
• Direct Store Delivery experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and physical abilities test.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure retention and expand sales.
• Stock, rotate, and remove out-of-date or unsellable products.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked display area for each customer.
• Use a handheld computer to order products, track inventory, and calculate sales daily.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policy including pre/post-trip inspections.
