Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a Route Sales Driver to Roanoke, VA to deliver and sell dairy products on a fixed route, stock and rotate products, and provide outstanding customer service. This full-time position requires a Class A or B CDL, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass DOT physicals and drug screens.

The role starts early (3:00–5:00 AM) with long shifts and occasional holiday work.

Qualifications

• Requires CDL A or B and ability to pass DOT physical and drug tests.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus; Direct Store Delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure retention and sales growth.
• Stock, rotate, and remove unsellable products.
• Maintain a clean, stocked display area for each customer.
• Use handheld computer to order products, track inventory, and calculate sales daily.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policy, including pre/post trip inspections.
