Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is hiring a delivery driver with a Class A or B CDL to service a on-site route in Wilmington, NC. You will deliver dairy products, stock and rotate products, and provide outstanding customer service to customers along your route.

The role requires early start times (3:00–5:00 AM), adherence to DOT regulations, safe driving, and strong communication. Company benefits and a competitive pay range accompany this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Possess a Class A or Class B CDL.
• HS Diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Direct Store Delivery experience is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, add, subtract, multiply and divide.
• Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and abilities test.
• Organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow sales.
• Stock, rotate, and remove unsellable products.
• Maintain clean, stocked display areas.
• Pick up empty milk crates.
• Resolve discrepancies and inform management.
• Use handheld computer for orders, sales, and inventory.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Keep truck clean inside and out.
