Job summary

Maola Local Dairies seeks a Route Sales Driver in Durham, NC to deliver and sell dairy products along a scheduled route. The role requires stocking, rotating products, and providing exceptional customer service on every stop.

The ideal candidate holds a Class A or B CDL, has high school diploma or GED, and can pass DOT physical exams. Regular pre/post trip inspections and safe driving are essential, with a Monday–Friday schedule and early start times.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• DOT physical, drug screen, and physical abilities test required.
• Must be organized with strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dairy products safely and on time to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to retain and grow sales.
• Stock, rotate, and remove out-of-date or unsellable product.
• Maintain a clean and fully stocked display area for customers.
• Pickup empty milk crates.
• Resolve discrepancies and alert management as needed.
• Use handheld computer to order products and track inventory daily.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policy, including pre/post trip inspections.
• Maintain truck in clean condition (cab and refrigerated box).
