Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages in retail accounts after delivery, ensuring products are ready to sell and properly displayed with POS.

This role involves driving on an assigned route, delivering strong customer service, coordinating with Delivery, Sales and store staff, and adhering to timekeeping and safety standards. It is a full-time position with outdoor/indoor work and potential weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products in stores, build displays with POS as necessary.
• Drive personal vehicle on assigned route. Merchandisers do not transport any product in personal vehicles, nor to and from any locations.
• Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales teammates to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of required timekeeping application, adhering to labor laws.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Core Values.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
