Job summary

Columbia Distributing is hiring a full-time Merchandiser in Washington. You will stock and rotate beverages, build displays, and support store partners after deliveries. The role requires route driving, strong customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with reliability.

Local travel is required with indoor work on most days and occasional outdoor assignments. Minimum age 18, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for driving positions.
• Must own and be able to operate a mobile smartphone device.
• Previous grocery or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, stock and rotate product from back stock and deliveries, build displays with POS as needed.
• Drive a personal vehicle on the assigned route; do not transport product for others.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and sales teammates.
• Communicate directly with store staff to complete account services.
• Accurately clock in and out of the timekeeping system and observe state breaks.
• Model the company core values in daily work.
• Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned.
• Work independently and as part of a team; manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and self-accountability.
