Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery is seeking a Route Driver to represent the company while delivering and picking up freight. This full-time role is based in Missouri and requires driving responsibilities with safety and customer service at the forefront.

The position offers a starting wage of $20.00–$24.00 per hour, with overtime after 40 hours and potential weekend OT. Typical hours run Monday–Friday starting at 7:30 AM, with 10–15 hours of overtime possible each week.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hold a valid Driver's License with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up freight from customers and shippers.
• Inspect and report any mechanical problems with the vehicle.
• Load the truck to maximize space and protect packages.
• Collect payments for certain packages delivered.
• Verify pickups on shipping papers.
• Notify management of problems or discrepancies.
• Maintain professional appearance and clean vehicle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
