Job summary

US1282 FreshPoint Oklahoma City, LLC is seeking a delivery driver to run daily routes, load and unload product, and serve customers at each stop. The role is customer-facing, and you will work away from the operating company to a domiciled location near the market.

Responsibilities include pre-trip inspections per DOT and Sysco policies, hand-cart loading, safe lifting, and accurate delivery verification with signatures.

Qualifications

• One year route delivery experience or driving a straight truck.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).
• Proficient reading/speaking English to converse with the public and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Run routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or with a hand cart, and place in designated storage areas.
• Lift and move product up to 75 pounds frequently, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures.
• Communicate discrepancies and returns to management.
• Address customer concerns professionally and follow safety rules.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and Sysco policies.
• Organize truck loading for efficient deliveries.
• Ensure truck is operating properly before routes.
