Job summary

FreshPoint, Inc. is seeking a driver to manage daily routes, load and unload products, and maintain order accuracy at each stop. You will operate in a cross-dock style setting, handle night deliveries, and contribute to safety with pre-trip inspections.

You will routinely lift up to 75 pounds, assist with loading, and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate delivery and professional communication with management for discrepancies.

Qualifications

• One year of route delivery experience or a background driving a straight truck.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B (Class A preferred).
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and to understand highway signs.
• Strong customer relations and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer and place in designated customer storage areas.
• Frequently lift and move product up to 75 pounds; assist with loading and palletizing as needed.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures; communicate errors/returns.
