Job summary

Lakeshore Waste Services is seeking a Roll-Off Driver to service customer accounts on daily routes, collecting and hauling waste or recyclables to disposal sites as directed by dispatch.

Candidates must have a valid Class B CDL and a DOT medical card, be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and pass pre-employment testing; communicate professionally with customers and maintain driver logs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B CDL and a current DOT medical card.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for safety training and directions.

Responsibilities

• Provide, replace and remove roll-off containers and compactors for customers and dump materials at a disposal site or recycling center.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and document checks.
• Communicate with Dispatch and Route Manager regarding service needs and safety issues.
• Maintain driver logs and ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
