Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Peoria, AZ is seeking an RN for local contracts with night shifts (6p-6:30a) at an acute rehab facility. The role involves developing care plans, collaborating with physicians and therapists, administering medications, and supervising staff to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements include an AZ RN license, 1 year hospital experience, and proficiency with electronic charting. BLS is required and ACLS is preferred; TB test and physical within the year, plus fingerprint

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Experience as an RN in an acute rehabilitation hospital.
• Desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• 1 year hospital experience is required.
• Proficient in electronic charting systems.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current TB test within the year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Finger Print Card clearance (current).

Responsibilities

• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
