Tidepoint Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Local RN for Home Health in Massachusetts. The role is mobile, with dayshift hours 8:00 am–4:30 pm, for a 13-week assignment. There is travel to cases as assigned and weekend rotations every 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license or eligibility
• Minimum 1 year of certified home care experience
• Minimum 1 year of case management experience
• Experience in hospice or private care alone does not meet Certified Home Health Care Management requirements
• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned cases as needed
• Provide home health services per plan of care
• Coordinate with care team and families
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs/week

Duration: 13 weeks

Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks.

Requirements:

• MA License
• 1 Year Certified Home Care experience
• 1 Year Case Management experience
• Experience in hospice, private care, or working as a Case Manager on its own does not meet the qualifications for Certified Home Health Care Management experience. Only roles specifically within a certified home health agency will be considered relevant for the 1-year requirement
• BLS
