Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC/Plumbing PM on large commercial projects.
• Familiar with BlueBeam, MS Project, Office; scheduling/estimating software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with GC’s and Owners.
• Commute to different jobsites and complete on-site visits.
• Attend preconstruction meetings and mentor all project engineers and field manpower.
• Manage, approve, organize, and document project scope, schedule, and budget from start to finish.
• Business development with existing and prospective GC/owners, as well as other sub-contractors and design engineers.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time delivery and favorable pricing.
